Klaviyo

Learn how to set up Klaviyo integration.

Obtaining a Klaviyo API Key

Assuming you already have a Klaviyo account, you can follow the steps below to set up the integration.

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account: Go to Klaviyo’s website, and log in using your account credentials.

  2. Go to the API section: Once you’re logged in, navigate to Klaviyo’s API keys page.

  3. Create a new API key: On the API Keys page, click the “Create Private API Key” button. This will allow you to create a new API key specifically for starti.app.

  4. Give your API key a name: When creating a new API key, you’ll be prompted to give it a name. Naming it appropriately can help you identify its purpose later. For example, you can use “starti.app integration” as the name.

  5. Configure access permissions: After giving your API key a name, you’ll have to select the access permissions. For starti.app to work properly, you’ll need to click the “Read-Only Key” radio button. This will allow starti.app to read data from your Klaviyo account but not modify it.

  6. Generate the API key: Once you’ve configured the access permissions, click the “Create” button in the top right. This will generate your Klaviyo API key for use with starti.app.

  7. Copy your API key: After generating the API key, it will be displayed on the screen and should look something like this: pk_1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef. Copy this key to your clipboard as you’ll need it in the next step.
